B.Y.O.B. is een te gek, onafhankelijk wijnmagazine dat draait om low-intervention wijnen en de mensen daarachter.

Nu al benieuwd naar het artikel: 'Why everybody suddenly wants to drink the same bottles?'. Dat brengt me terug naar Le Soufflot in Meursault waar elke tafel aan de Raveneau zat. Ik geef ze geen ongelijk, maar opvallend is het wel. Het thema van deze editie is Bourgogne. Je leest over de aantrekkingskracht van Hautes-Côtes, de opleving van aligoté en dat Marsannay echt bijna bij het premier cru elite-clubje hoort. Ze gaan zelfs langs Haut les Mains, zo leuk, want daar was ik zelf ook een paar weken geleden (juli 2026). Enfin, je wil deze weer hoor!
