We nemen je mee langs de steile terrassen van de Wachau (ja, met smaragd én federspiel), schenken een vrolijke gemischter satz in en duiken ook in de rode wijnen van Oostenrijk. Denk aan blaufränkisch, misschien wat pinot noir – Oostenrijk heeft veel meer in huis dan je denkt. Natuurlijk bakken we ook nog een kleine schnitzel voor je.
