12 juli - Rosé all day (A'dam)
Vergeet die dertien-in-een-dozijn terraswijnen: wij gaan op zoek naar rosé van de bovenste plank. We proeven stijl, structuur en karakter. Denk aan rosé uit de Bourgogne, een zeldzame Rosé des Riceys uit de Champagne, en een stevige rosado uit Rioja. Natuurlijk starten we met iets met bubbels én iets uit de Provence – want ja, ze maken er veel, en soms ook écht goed.
Voor deze proeverij gaan we stad en land af, op jacht naar de spannendste, origineelste en mooiste rosés die er te vinden zijn. Niet alles is lichtroze en fris – sommige rosés zijn gastronomisch, complex, en bedoeld om te bewaren.
