Agostado 2020 is een frisse, lichte interpretatie van een cortado-stijl, maar dan zonder versterking. De wijn heeft meer notigheid en iets meer kracht dan de Ube-wijnen, maar blijft slank en helder. Een soort palo cortado light. Een zachte oxidatieve toon, mooi verweven met het frisse karakter van de druif. Heel bijzonder.
