Ube Miraflores komt uit verschillende percelen in Miraflores Alta en Baja, beide met albariza-bodems, op 5 kilometer van de oceaan. De wijn rijpt kort onder flor en krijgt daarna nog enkele maanden vatrijping, waardoor je een combinatie krijgt van frisheid, ziltigheid en subtiele reductieve tonen. Ik zou zeggen dat dit de meest toegankelijke UBE is. Heerlijk bij alles wat uit de zee komt.
