Je hebt cream en je hebt cream. Cream sherry was een van die sherry's die omaatjes vroeger het liefst dronken. Ongecompliceerd en lekker zoet. Tuurlijk. Maar dit is anders. Dit is een cream sherry van de bovenste plank. Eeuwenoud. De sherry is waarschijnlijk 100 jaar geleden al geblend met PX. Het zoete is dus helemaal versmolten met de gerijpte tonen. Nog steeds zoet, maar ook super umami.
