Instap Amontillado, ongever 5 jaar oud waarvan een paar jaar flor, van Bodegas Baron. Ik ben fan van dit huis (maar ja, dat zeg ik over alle huizen in de sherry corner). Typische tonen van noten, caramel zeezout en vanille. Bodegas Baron is gevestigd in Sanlúcar de Barrameda dus deze amontillado begint als manzanilla. En dat merk je aan de ziltige frisheid van deze sherry. Lovely!
