Sherry is the ultimate food wine, and there are fantastic food pairings that will blow you away. We're pulling out all the stops for a sherry and food pairing extravaganza.

During my many trips to the sherry region, from the 2023 Copa Jerez to the presentation by flavor expert François Chartier on molecular harmonies (say what?), I've tasted extensively and taken countless notes.
