Jan 2: Burgundy with Jette (2nd edition)
We're starting the week and ending the year with a Burgundy tasting. And not just any Burgundy, none other than Jette ( @kleinmaarwijn ) is coming to Rotterdam. Jette has been working in the vineyards and cellars of the Côte d'Or (including Trapet and Berthaut-Gerbet) for several years and knows the region like the back of her hand. In January 2026, she'll be trading the golden hills for Beaujolais. So, one more Burgundy tasting and go out with a bang . From north to south with classics and Jette's new discoveries.
Of course we will provide gougères.
